Penguin Moult Syndrome or the State of Georgia?

You might know that penguins get a little grumpy and chose not to eat, bath or like to talk to each other when they moult.  Well I like to call it Penguin Moult Syndrome and it is funny that I suffer from Penguin Moult Syndrome about once a month just like most females of the human race.

However, I have been a bit more grumpy then usual and I am not sure that it is just PMS.  You see, I went to get my Drivers Licence for the state of Georgia and they were a bit busy. So, the girls and I sat there waiting very nicely for awhile. Then Garrett called and I told him he should meet us at the station as he needed to change his licence too.  Their numbering system is based on what you have to get done and does not go in order. After two hours of waiting, I muster up enough courage to go and talk to the lovely Drivers Licence Specialist who just returned from break. 

Well, it was the battle of niceness... I nicely asked if she could help me because I had been waiting for about 2 hours and she nicely informed me that my number had been called and I must not have heard it.  Then I nicely informed her that no my number was not called even once let alone their 3 times policy. Then she nicely informed me that I had not been waiting 2 hours, and I nicely informed her that 1 hour and 53 minutes was way more then the estimated wait time of 20 minutes I had on my ticket.  The battle of nice continued with lots of "I'm sorry, Mam" on my side and "No problem, Honey" on her side.

Well, we got it done, even if I have tears in my eyes on my driver licence picture or not.  I am officially a Georgian.  We will have to wait a bit more to see if it is PMS but so far the "Sugars, Honeys and Sweeties" have not impressed  me.  And what kind of State puts a peach on their DL anyway?
